Zkittlez, also known as “Skittles,” “Skittlz,” and “Island Skittles,” is an indica-dominant cannabis strain that was developed by crossing Grape Ape and Grapefruit with an undisclosed third strain. Other names for Zkittlez include “Skittles,” “Skittlz,” and “Island Skittles.” Terp Hogz and 3rd Gen Family worked together to develop this strain, which has a taste reminiscent of sweets. Zkittlez has done well in a number of Cannabis Cup competitions, including those held in San Francisco and Michigan. They came out on top in the 2016 Emerald Cup. The chunky colas produced by this strain are characterized by an explosion of vibrant green colors as well as a taste that is reminiscent of sweet tropical fruits.
